With decades of award-winning experience in public affairs, public policy and outreach roles, Ms. Marshall is a seasoned facilitator whose passion is tempered by a pragmatic approach to achieving common goals that make communities stronger. A three-time federal appointee in both democratic and republican administrations, she specializes in identifying and engaging quality partners and resources to build networks and partnerships to advance mission-specific goals. She has led successful partnership efforts at the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services; the Florida Department of Education; the White House Office of Faith-Based Initiatives; Front Porch Florida Initiative (governor’s signature outreach to 20 urban communities throughout the State of Florida); the National Bar Association, and public and private schools in Virginia, Missouri and Indiana. Ms. Marshall is currently a public affairs consultant in private practice. She holds a M.A in Practical Theology from the School of Divinity, Regent University, a M.P.A from the Harvard Kennedy School (leadership focus), and a B.A. in Government from Smith College.
