We've seen a dramatic increase in activism and advocacy for women with movements like The Women’s March, #MeToo, Time’s Up, and a surge of women running for office and making up a majority of the workforce. But we still have a long way to go to create a truly equitable society. How do we keep the momentum going throughout 2020 by continuing to speak up, show up, and organize for change so that we can help women achieve parity in our lifetime? What are the actions that both men and women can individually take and what can we do collectively to push for systemic change?
