Connect Beyond Festival Statement Regarding COVID-19

Over the past few weeks, we have received inquiries about the potential impact of COVID-19 as to Connect Beyond Festival’s upcoming event. We are continuing our planning to produce the festival as scheduled on April 3-5, 2020. We are closely monitoring the development of COVID-19 and working with health professionals and public officials to gather information and assess the situation on a daily basis.

The safety of our guests and festival participants continues to be our festival’s number one priority. Connect Beyond Festival 2020 will implement hand-washing and hand-sanitizing stations at all events as well as disinfecting the participating venues after each specific micro-event throughout the weekend. If you have flu-like symptoms, we recommend you seek medical attention from your healthcare provider and/or hospital.

The standard industry policy is that tickets are not refundable unless an event is canceled. However, we recognize that this is an exceptional situation, and we do not want any one taking risks that would endanger their own health or that of others, so we will be discussing how we might modify this policy appropriately in the next few weeks.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

For the latest updates, we encourage participants and attendees to follow Connect Beyond Festival on Facebook, Instagram, or on the website
